Yes, we charge non-refundable application fees. All residents over 18 must be included on the application at the time of approval. Fees are $50 per adult.

Yes. Animals must be on a leash when not inside your home.

Yes. Violent offenders and sex offenses will not be accepted.

You will pay the first months rent. In some cases we may require a security deposit as well. 

Tenants are responsible for all utilities including power, water, sewer, trash, and TV/internet/phone.

Rent is due on the 1st of each month and late after the 5th. If rent is received on the 6th, a late charge will be applied.
